Return & Refund Policy

At Delta, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at contact@drinkdelta.com.

Please include:
•    Your order number
•    Photos of the issue
•    A brief description of the problem

If approved, we may offer, at our discretion:
•    A replacement product
•    Store credit
•    A refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted outside the 10-day window or claims without sufficient documentation.

Due to the nature of consumable products, we generally do not accept returns on:
•    Opened beverages
•    Products purchased through third-party retailers
•    Final sale or promotional items


Delta is not responsible for shipping issues, including:
•    Delays caused by carriers
•    Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
•    Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to assist where possible.

Garden Club Rewards Membership Policy

Garden Club Rewards memberships are non-transferable and intended for personal use only. By purchasing a Garden Club membership, you agree to the recurring billing terms presented at checkout.

Garden Club membership purchases are nonrefundable. However, we may, in our discretion, offer a refund for a Garden Club membership within 10 days of purchase upon request only if:
1.    No membership benefits have been used, redeemed, or accessed; and
2.    No member-exclusive discounts, credits, rewards, or perks have been utilized.

If any membership benefit has been redeemed or used — including discounts, rewards access, member pricing, exclusive content, or promotional perks — the membership will not be refunded.

Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings or by contacting contact@drinkdelta.com. The membership cancellation ends any future charges, and the membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period, and any unelapsed portion of the membership term will not be refunded.

Delta reserves the right to refuse refunds, suspend memberships, or limit account access, in its sole discretion, in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
