The 20 mg Pink Lemonade hits just right as an evening cocktail. I'm a 230 pound male and weaker options just don't do it for me. Twenty milligrams isn't incapacitating. It comes on slowly, beginning in less than ten minutes. The build is slow and peaks in about 90 minutes, holds for an hour or so, then slowly tapers off. The name, Pink Lemonade, is a bit misleading. It's not pink and the flavor leans more toward the berries than the lemons. The flavor's easy to correct with a squeeze of lemon juice. Sweetness can be adjusted with a little stevia or agave syrup but I prefer it lightly sweetened, as it comes from the can. One can of Delta's Pink Lemonade as I'm prepping dinner will last until bedtime. That's a lot less calories than two or three glasses of wine or mixed drinks. This product is excellent . The results are great very relaxing , makes sleeping come faster, and no hangover. I like the pink lemonade. But would recommend a variety pack to start with.
